Meet Genevieve Wells, the highly skilled and successful recruitment consultant who heads up Hayman Executive. With a track record of working in partnership with fast-growth vendors as they establish their Sales teams in EMEA, Genevieve has enabled many vendors to achieve their revenue objectives and either IPO or be acquired.

Genevieve’s strengths lie in her ability to really understand her clients’ objectives and the details of role requirements, and proactively source candidates to meet the brief, often succeeding where others have failed. As a result, her services are now requested for roles outside EMEA, and the firm covers requirements in key markets such as EMEA, APAC, and the US

Genevieve is passionate about providing a high-quality service with humanity and kindness to all she encounters in the course of her work. Her success is built on the belief that it costs nothing to be kind, polite, and treat people with respect.

Genevieve is also a certified Career Coach, CV Writer and member of the British Association of CV Writers, and Outplacement Consultant, providing a range of services to job seekers that enable them to more successfully navigate the fast-changing employment market, take control of their careers, and maximize their personal success, earnings, and work/life balance.
